So that your demand of
on-line booking ( secure form), by email, telephone or by fax is
confirmed and guaranteed by the Holy hotel Louis, it will be asked to
you to pass on to us 16 figures of your credit card, the expiry date and
3 last ones amounts of the visual cryptogram situated behind (or 15 for
American Express, expiry date and 4 figures of the visual cryptogram
were situated below or above the number.)
The check of N of
card(map) being systematic, the incapacity of that this would
pull(entail) the automatic cancellation of the booking. You N of credit
card serves only for proceeding to your booking and for guaranteeing
her(it). No debit(flow) is made on your bank card. You settle(adjust) as
you wish it during your arrival to the Holy Hotel Louis.
You could cancel him(it)
free of charge till 48 hours before day foreseen(planned) by your
arrival. In opposite case you would be sold(produced) by the amount of
the 1st night, of stay exclusive of tax. (Except conditions or special
price lists(rates)).
You also have the possibility of reserving by sending a check of 30 % of
the total amount of your booking and a minimum of the amount of the
first overnight stay, for a minimum period(delay) of 3 weeks before the
date of arrival foreseen(planned). Your check of booking will be
taken(collected) from reception and an invoice will be sent to you for
confirmation. The bookings by check are not refundable in case of
cancellation.
